I previous had gone to Tivon's and thought it was a good salon until the last time I went in for a cut of split ends. They told me it would be an express cut which was cheaper than the normal cut on the phone, but when i went up to pay they said the person had not put that down and because my hair was not wet that I had to pay full price. Also I have recently heard from a co-worker that they are telling people that Locks of Love is no longer in need of hair so they shouldn't donate their hair! After calling Lock of Love I confirmed that this indeed is NOT true and I recommend people go to another salon.
