Unfriendly, uneducated, unprofessional embarrassing tough-guys who couldn't be bothered to help a guy out. I'm talking about the guys at the counter as you walk in the place. I don't know about the guys out in the yard. But jeez louise....maybe the morons at the counter would be better off being pimps or drug dealers. I'll never go back.

I've been going to Henry's since 2008 and I never had a problem with the staff. Now it's 2015, the old staff are gone and the new staff is horrible on the "you pick it" side. They don't have anything nice to say and they know nothing. I was given an attitude by some short big guy because I asked a question. I didn't know they were paid to act like little bitc***. The guys who work in the yard are extremely helpful but I'm taking my business else where. Professionalism in customer service will guarantee faithful customers.

By far the best junkyard around! They let you do what you want, when you want and take whatever parts you need off any car! They know what they're doing, they're cheap, some of the guys can be a bit mean (the tall sales manager is often un-aware of what his own sales reps are doing) and confrontational but still not bad. The yard is a mess and there is stuff piled all over the place but it's not that big of a deal because most of the fluids are drained. Best ever!!!

In general, employees of auto salvage yards tend to be "gruff" and somewhat rude. I have never found this to be the case at Henry's pick and pull. In fact, they have always been helpful with me. I like the pick and pull because I can get the parts I need without a hassle. I can't speak for the employees at the regular counter, but for me Henry's pick and pull has been great.

This place is ok. The people who run this place can be more friendly. Especially the guys serving on the pick-a-part side. They are rude, uneducated, and may be, just may be they are the king of the hill or something. They can't count, swearing/cursing, yelling at customers (not to me, but I witnessed the event). When they disagree with you, one guy's done talking, then the other guy would hurl, yell at you...makes the scene looks like a bunch of wild dogs hunting. I'd go somewhere else.

I bought a part from these guys (had them pull it, not me; also was VERY specific about what I needed, down to the part number!), and they gave me the wrong part entirely. Then when I went to exchange it for the right one, they wanted me to pay double what I payed the first time, and then went on to charge me a restocking fee, despite the fact that it was their error! Stay away! Horrible business practices...
