I grew up loving this place and even today still, by far the best italian restaurant

Good food and friendly service

Although the website and sign at the store states they are open until 10 pm, evidently if you come in at 9:10 that is
too late and they are quite unapologetic about it. My husband and I sat down only to be bluntly told by a rude waitress that we could only get a to go order since the kitchen was shitting down (a full 50 minutes before they closed). When I told her the man st the counter said they were still open and told us to have a seat when we arrived, she quickly turned her back on us and walked away. So they could have made us a pizza to take out in their closed kitchen but not to eat in their restaurant almost an entire hour before their posted closing time???? Definitely would not recommend this place!

Antipasti salad- Need to cut Provolone and Salami into strips and not leave whole on top of the salad. It’s inconvenient for the customer to have to pull out meat and cheese, just to cut and put back in.
Sub sandwiches- Need to offer a “Cold Sub” Option. For example, I ordered a Veggie Sub and it came hot, wrapped in foil and the bread was a soggy mess, and wilted, hot lettuce is not tasty.
Spaghetti and meat sauce- ANY PASTA you do is too wet and makes the sauce watery. You need to fully drain your pasta before adding sauce on it. Rookie mistake.
You need to have a current menu accessible to customers either online, or copies come when delivery orders are made.
If a customer has a request, you should MAKE IT HAPPEN. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! For example, your garlic bread is never toasted on the inside. It’s just 2 halves tossed in an oven and the inside is not toasted. When a customer asks you to please toast the bread more, SHOULD NOT BE TOLD NO, THAT’S NOT HOW WE DO IT! PERIOD! I asked for pickled veggis you have on your salad on my sub and was told NO!
There seems to be a lot of rookie cooking techniques and mistakes that Brother’s pizza is making, thus not doing the “Italian Thing” correct.
These are just a few suggestions to help you all offer better service to your customers. You are the only Italian place in Blackstone and should be the BEST Italian place, not just because people have lack of options here.
I hope Blackstone pizza and wing factory puts your foreign ass owner out of business!!!!!!!!!!

after the service last night from the girl who sounded asleep when we took our phone order to the younger man upfront who argued with us about them taking our order down wrong, we will never be back thank goodness for blackstone pizza and wing factory. The food there is 100 times better anyway

Really good place to eat, but when you try to see the menu on this website you can't see it, it's too small. Tried to make it larger with no success!

Staying at Ft. Pickett, ordered several times. Very friendly deliveries, the wait time isn't bad at all and the pizza is amazing.
