This is a great place when traveling through on 35. Only about a mile off the highway. The owner is very friendly and lives at the park. Most people are long term workers who stay in their RV's. The site we had was fairly level, the water pressure was good and you have a choice of 20, 30 and 50 amps. Only real amenity is a picnic table but since we were traveling through and just needed a safe place to stay with hook-ups....this was great.

Lana is great! You are very close to town. Well kept and dog friendly. Would recommend park to others.

Biggest complaint- the wifi is not strong enough to use when the lot is even half full. Also the lease agreement states no fireworks in the park but the owners did a very loud, firework show for their family and friends at 11pm on a weeknight in the lot! very frustrating when a yard full of oil field workers have to get up at 3am! I thought it was very rude. The positives were the owners are very nice & friendly, it was easy to pick up your mail & she refunded the remainder of the lot rent after we were shipped to another location early
