This news paper is not worth the money each month. They charge to place announcements with pictures while Ponca city news places pic;s and larger for free. the print is to smalll. and it is put out only twice a week. For a local paper there is not much LOCAL news. No county news, like marriage license or divorces. and any deaths are passed and over with and history before we know it, so it is hard to attend a frends funeral.. if you want to keep up with local news, turn your TV to channel 2, better coverage there for nothing. I feel like our paper has lost a lot of grounds and is fixing to sink into the seas as a past. It is heartbreaking to know we pay for our paper and get a buinch of nothings. It could be a LOT better. Is there anyone to agrees with me out there?
