Housed in the 1912 "Electric Park Pavilion," the Top of Oklahoma Historical Society Museum in Blackwell contains items from the 1893 Cherokee Strip Land Run to the present. The museum collection includes farm tools, cameras, saddles, furniture, clothing, kitchen equipment, Indian paintings, pianos, early televisions and much more. Industry exhibits and a church setting are also featured. Themes include Victorian, country/western, American Indian, architectural and Main Street. See the Brick Walk of History, an early day well cover that's now a gazebo and the beautiful water fountain at the entrance. Don't forget to visit the gift shop. Free admission.
