DO NOT USE ANCHOR POOLS! When Anchor Pools closed my pool the equipment placed at the bottom of my pool damaged my liner. When their service group came out they pointed out bubbles at the location they placed their equipment. I was told I needed an 'overlap' liner and all top rails would need to be removed in order to replace the damaged liner. I was told I'd be getting a quote. Although I called numerous times, Anchor never called back so I called another pool dealer to replace the liner. It was reinforced that Anchor is inept when it comes to pools. My pool uses a uni-bead liner and the rails did NOT need to be removed. I was also sold a new skimmer by Anchor that does not fit properly. I must now cut a hole in my deck so it can be hooked up. Want damage to your pool, poor service, and high repair expenses? Then call Anchor. I know I'll NEVER use them again for parts or service. Their incompetency cost me a fortune!

I took a 2hp Century motor for a Challenger pump in to have bearing replaced. After inspection they advised me that they could not do the job because they were unable to open the motor. When I went to pick up the motor I was given two choices. I could by a new motor for $350.00 or I have to pay them $37.00 for inspecting it. Since I knew that an OEM replacement motor was only $230.00 I reluctantly paid them the $37.00 and went on my way. I went home and ordered the new motor. two days later I had everything back together in working order.



I took the unit apart and installed the new motor and I have to say that I can't prove it but I really think they didn't even attempt to disassemble the motor from the pump. I feel really cheated that they took that $37.00 from me and tried to scam me into a new motor for $120.00 more than the going rate. If I didn't already know the costs going in I would have gotten taken for a ride by Anchor Pools.

This place has the best price on everything swimming pool related. We also called them for a liner replacement and they were great. Highly recommend this place.
