Sam and Mike were friendly and personable. The carpet looks like new and the odor gone.
Highly recommend using Majestic. I will use them again.

I initially called Stanley Steamer. Quote was $165 for a 20x20 room with pet deodorizer. As soon as the technician arrived he began a had sell for stain blocker. The technician apparently stepped-in black mud in the flower bed before entering the house. He tracked mud into the room to be cleaned on 3 occasions. Each time we insisted that he not track mud onto the carpet to be cleaned, and each time he insisted that it would be cleaned when he left. We then directed him to leave the house and called Majestic. Majestic arrived later the same day and did an excellent job, including pre-treating stains for less money. They took their time and we are impressed with the results.

Brandon and Mike cleaned my wall to wall carpeting, and also took my oriental rugs to the shop to be cleaned. Very pleased with the results. They were both very professional. They were careful with moving furniture.
