Never have been so insulted in my life with how unprofessional Brush Salon's owner runs her business. I drove to my appointment for a keratin treatment (that takes 2-2.5 hours) that was scheduled at 10 this morning to find out that they weren't even open. I sat there for exactly one hour because I thought that maybe they were running late, no one had shown by 11 so I had left. I find it very interesting how when you call their phone they give you hours (Tuesday-Friday 10 am- 8pm) but no one was there to open the salon at 10 or assist any angry clients (me) until 3. Or maybe even 4:30 when someone finally contacted my mother. It was too late because Julie from Lillian and James salon was nice enough to fit me in because she knew I had been screwed and that I needed to get the treatment done today because I leave for Mexico Thursday. Well thank you Julie! But There must be no communication between the workers at brush salon because they had scheduled an appointment for a stylist when the stylist "supposedly" was down the shore. Never will I go to that salon again and I definitely recommend no one else books an appointment with that salon because you may (probably will) have an issue like mine because I am not the only person who has a problem with the amount of unprofessional business they have shown.
