This place is a straight joke. Once they switched the board members in 2012 - the living conditions have gotten worse. Video cameras located on the property are missing/not working. The interior of the building is like living in Berry Farms back in the 90's, dog shit in hallways, stairwells dirty, drug traffic and drug transactions taking place in the building and parking lot by PCA tenants and non-tenants. Elevator is always improperly working, getting stuck between floors. Sometimes it goes for days like that and the bad thing about this is that ALL MAINTENANCE STAFF live in the building and nothing gets fix right away. They have water shut offs a lot and half the time no proper notification is sent to tenants. The rental office is only open after 6pm - if they want to choose to come in. What can be done after hours that should be done during normal business hours of Mon-Fri (9-5)? Roaches/mice everywhere. Broken entry doors. No smoke alarms. THE PCA STAFF IS A JOKE/BLDG IS SHITTY
