Avoid these thieves like the plague! I took my car to them to get an idle problem fixed and have a washer spray stem replaced. When I picked up my car, they charged me 20% more then the estimate saying, "we don't include tax and stuff in OUR estimates"! Not only did they not repair the idle problem (they claim to have sealed some vacuum leaks, all labor and impossible to prove or disprove!), but they actually made it far worse! In the case of the washer, they replaced the pump, which I knew for a fact was working fine, then threw away my good pump so I couldn't prove what criminals they are! Three weeks later, the pump that was spraying one side over the roof, and had on the other side a tiny trickle, stopped working altogether. So, I actually spent $700.00 and got a car back that was worse then when I brought it in. I went too the BBB to seek compensation, but once these thieves get ahold of your money, you have to sue them to get it back. We've all had to deal with unscrupulous auto repair shops. However, this one truly is the worst of the worse. If you take your vehicle to these criminals, you WILL be ripped off! They are simply incapable of doing business any other way!
