I'm only giving 1 star because it doesn't have the option for negative stars. I went to this store and was approved for a laptop. The first week I had the laptop, I couldn't get into it because it was passworded and this lovely company didn't think that was something I needed to know. My boyfriend guessed for awhile and finally got in. I've had the laptop for nearly a year and I've used it maybe 3 times. It's sooooo slow that it only makes me mad when I try to use it. I fell behind on payments due to a financial emergency. I was once told that if I fall 4 weeks behind, they can try to get the laptop back. However, a man showed up at my house yesterday. (I was not 4 weeks late). I talked to him and told him I'd see what I could do by the close of business yesterday. Otherwise, the laptop would be returned today. I called them last night to let them know that I'd be bringing it in today. They called me this morning and I, again, told them it would be returned today. My boyfriend went ahead and took it back right then. He tried to talk to them, but they refused to take it back, started yelling at him and physically took him out of the store. They threatened "Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu" on him. WTF?! My boyfriend called the cops on them. He has video of the altercation. I'm so mad. And here I sit with this laptop that I don't want. I've been paying on it for about a year and still owe 60% of the cost. That's asinine. I refuse to go into that store. I have no desire to be manhandled just because they're salty about me not wanting their product. Please save yourself and your money. Review and research before getting into this type of situation.
