Provided by YP.comI won't say I won't go to Lenscrafters again, but I won't go this this location again. From the very beginning I have had fitting problems. They gave me a frame from the display that had a problem with the hinge. They are so wide they continue to slip right off my ears. I have to periodically go back there for correction and the bows never retain the proper shape. This time they bent the bows in the back more and told me to be careful of the spring. Oh, there's a spring problem?????
