Went to Malmborgs this weekend to exchange a plant that had died on us, that we purchased last year. When we got there we told them what we were doing, they took the plant from us, threw it away and then told us that because that plant was a warranty return from a previous one they could not give us another one on the warranty. No where on the warranty information that was attached to our receipt did it state that you only were able to get 1 replacement plant. So not only did they throw our plant away, they were short and rude to us about it. I called the corporate offices and they said they would figure out which employee it was, and talk with them. And that is all they said they would, the policy was what it was (even though it was not written anywhere or told to us before).



We will not be shopping with them again or recommending them to people. 2 years in a row of having a $70 shrub die on you, does not show well for them. Besides their poor customer service.
