i was told by the lawfirm if i hurried up and paid they could hurry up and file once i paid it took them eight months to file and even since my case has been finished and dismissed by the court i still have unresolved issuse with them.also you can never get anyone to call you back only one time in a year and a half did i get called back every other time i had to call on a daily basis to get ahold of who i needed to

He did get a Chapter 13 filed for me, but I still have questions for him and we won't return phone calls. I'm still waiting for a return call requested in September 2008 and February 2009. Other attorneys won't talk to me because he is the attorney of record! I don't know where else to go for help.

I was treated like a piece of meat. I called at the worst time in my life and the person on the phone made me feel like a criminal. I just wanted a little compasion and respect

i paid these guys to file my case in april the said it could take 90-120 days it has been upwards of 160 now and they never retun calls. i know two other people who have filed after i started and are all ready completely done

everhart was a big joke they told us once we had the fees paid within six months that it should be filed within two months well that was back in june of 2008 and still havent filed all of a sudden we got a letter in the mail saying that our case was closed so i called them and they said that we did not send in the info that they wanted kind of hard to do that when we dont get any notification that they need anything they also said that they could reopen the case for a SMALL fee which we had already paid for everthing so we decided to get part of our money back and go somewhere else cheaper isnt always better i do not recomend everhart to anybody

I met with Bob and was told that within 3 months of receiving the deposit my case would be filed, it took over 3 years! I would call in for an update and get only voicemail. When I would call back, the tone the I recieved was more annoyence because I kept calling. Don't expect too much from them.......

i think the firm is much better than other firms out there,we went in,Mr Kent Linquist was very nice,but it takes a time before they can fille,it is not up to them,rather to court,but people you need under to undestand that payment is requierd before they can do anything,,so pay up,and still after that it takes at least 100 days to go thru,so what are you complaining about,go ahead and hired other Attorney,but you will not be happy,i been there,and MR BOB Everhart does returns calls,,i just talk to him,,and so is everybody else..they are only people,,good luck

This law office has not helped us at all. We paid a lot of money, as required to get the case filed and 15 months later, no court date. We are going to another law office and expect to be finished within 1 month.
