I moved there and was told I could place my name on a waiting list for yearly rates of $200 per month. Then I went into the office to pay my monthly rent, and someone else was in charge. They informed me that my site had already been rented by someone else for the month!



Someone told me that they rented there before moving to the Lighthouse RV and the maintenance guy fixed her hot water heater with a used one and charged her for a new water heater.



It might be an OK place to stay if you are from Canada, they seem to have most of the permanent sites. I would not stay there if I were a single women. The bathrooms are not that nice.
