Horrible customer service

I came in today for the first ( and Last) time, to pick up 2 packages under my name. The lady at the desk refused to give me my packages without the tracking number ( which I did not have). When I had asked her if she was able to look up the packages by my name, she replied "ya I could but how do I know u are u". I offered to show her my ID, as I did not have a common name, and also offered to tell her EXACTLY what was in the packages, but she merely smirked at me, saying she has several people who have the same name as me( highly DOUBT that). I have dealt with parcel services in blaine for over 6 years, and blaine enterprises has the worst customer service !!!! The lady went on to say she's been in business over 20years, well congrats to u, what good is it that u have been in business for so long if u don't have decent service, or respect ur customers. In addition, when I went to pick up my packages the weekend after New Years, they were closed, with a hand written note tapped to the hour about " holiday hours"... Well I checked on their website prior to going across the boarder, and they did not

Mention anything on their website about holiday closures ..With all the parcel competitors nearby, you would think they would want to retain ur business, not push it away. Anyways, far better companies out there like 5D packages, open good hours, and the owner is a young down to earth person.

Avoid at all costs!!

The owner lost a package that they signed for, and refuse to replace it.He now threatens me via email.Snippet from the email he sent to me;the nice thing with having guys like you around is it makes my workouts on the heavy bag at the gym so much easier…...as even though you are a douche bag, I went through my warehouse again….If by chance you would like to actually come down here and say all this to my face I'm here mon. - fri. till 3 for the most part…and I'd be very happy to oblige you…

DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. They charge a small 3.00$ fee per small package, vs hagens of blaine who charges 2.50 per package. (With 12.00$ fee) pay the fee with hagens and stay away from this nightmare of a business. They decide to close the whole weekend to "celebrate columbus day" which is on a monday. Are you serious? Now I have to wait another week to pick my stuff up and pay god knows what in fees. Stay away from this business and it's horrible hours and just go with hagens. Also, the garbage website says nothing informative whatsoever about prices. This website sucks.

I had very bad experience with this company. First, they charge receiving fee by parcel size, but they do not give a clear definition of SIZE. (their policy: $3/per small parcel, $5/medium, $10/large). I once got a parcel from Amazon. It was less than 10lb and the box was not big at all. They charged me $10 only because they thought that parcel was LARGE!! Well, most of the companies in Blaine ((e.g., Hagen's of blaine or 24/7 parcel) charge by weight (which is fair & clear)! Go to those companies and save the money for more parcels!! Second, they charge storage fees after holding parcel for 2 weeks. That's fair. BUT, once again, you do not know how much they'll charge per day after 2 weeks! You won't find such info. on their website or in their store. They say how much then you pay how much. Otherwise, they'll hold all your parcels!! Trust me, I had such nightmare. I paid $30 storage fee for one overdue parcel in order to get my other 3 parcels. Third, if your parcel is sent out by regular mail/parcel (with no tracking number), don't sent it to this company. Most likely, you won't get your parcel!! This company, I have to say, is quite messy and yet, is not computerized. There're more than 10 companies in that area doing same businesses with better services/better price, why goes to Blaine Enterprises! I hope this review helps. Good luck!

IT'S MY FIRST AND LAST TIME USEING BLAIN ENTERPRISE I SHIP THREE PACKAGES TO THEM, MY FRIEND WENT TO PICK THEM UP FOR ME THAY GAVE HER TWO AND SAID THE THIRD ONE WAS NOT THERE I CALL AND SPOKE TO A LADY TO LET THEM KNOW AND THAT THAY HAVE THE PACKAGE THE PERSON TOLD ME THAY WOULD CALL BACK, I GOT A CALL BACK HALF HOUR LATER FROM A MALE SAYING THAY HAVE THE PACKAGE AND TRY TO BLAME THE PERSON WHO WENT TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE SAYING SHE DID NOT HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER SO I TOLD HIM SHE DID HE TOLD ME HE IS GOING TO SEND BACK MY PACKAGE AND I MUST FIND SOME WHERE ELSE TO SEND MY PCCKAGE AND HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME BLAIN ENTERPRISES WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN VERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been dealing with Blain...

I have been dealing with Blaine Enterprises for years. I live ten miles north of the border and they have been very easy to deal with! When my daughter had her 9th birthday party, we ordered a couple of poodle skirt costumes from a business in Texas and waited for them to arrive. Colleen helped me track down the package and we were able to get the skirts JUST in time for my daughter's birthday party (50's sockhop theme).



They only charge $2 or $3 per item, unless it is a large item and will hold it for a couple of weeks before charging storage.



I highly recommend this family run business to anyone who needs to ship a package from the U.S. to the closest point to Vancouver, BC and it's surroundings.

Would have like to try and use...

Would have like to try and use these guys... Their website doesn't list a phone number, or pricing. Found a number for them online, called, got a machine, and when I went to leave a message it said "memory full" in a recorded voice. Their site actually says that you will be charged after 2 weeks. Does this mean that it is a free service up to 2 weeks??? I doubt it. Confusing site and customer service not present.
