Provided by YP.comI had a great experience buying a 2015 F-150 from Ben H. I called and told him what I was looking for and he called me back within 20 minutes with a price. It beat the best deal I could get the other dealer to give me by over 2000$ and I spent 4 hours there!! Went in to pick my new truck up and Ben had it washed up and ready for me while I signed the papers in the business office. I was here less than an hour total. Great buying experience and I tell all my friends and family what great luck I had there!

I hope you all share this and make sure you do not buy anything form any of their dealerships.
I recently purchased not one but TWO brand new vehicles from Woodhouse Jeep and Woodhouse Ford. Both cars had small flaws that Woodhouse should be responsible for fixing. I have been trying to get these things fixed for the entire month we have had these cars. They now refuse to take my calls, or call me back to attempt do anything to rectify their wrong doing. The sad thing is the problems are small and they caused it but if you cannot even right a small wrong I would hate to see what it would take to fix something major.
Word to the wise, DO NOT BUY anything from WOODHOUSE. "Our house to your house" F-YOU I don't want you in my house if this is how you act.

I am looking at buying a new F-350, so I took the “country mile” drive to Blair, which is actually 45 minutes from my home in Omaha. All of the new Super Duty trucks appeared to be up on a big hill and it was during business hours, so I proceeded toward that area. I was stopped at a little shack by an unshaven, shabbily dressed and morbidly obese attendant who didn’t even get up out of his chair. He informed me that nobody can look at the vehicles without a salesman. Not wanting to give my full contact information and receive phone calls every day from a pushy salesman, I thanked him and told him I would go to a different Ford dealer. Hopefully, this review will save others from wasting an hour and a half of their day.

Provided by YP.comWe were communication with David Langenfeld the UCM at the dealership on a 2008 Toyota Tundra that we were interested in buying. We are in Florida and could not look at the vehicle. His 1st description of the vehicle was that even though it had high mileage, it was nearly perfect. Once he sent us pictures we saw some damage on the left front corner and called back to ask about that. He discounted the price from $19,800 down to $19,000 as a result. We then looked up the AutoCheck on the truck and it said the truck was in an accident previously. We then called back and spoke with David again and asked specifically if the truck was missing any VIN stickers and if there was any frame damage. He looked the truck over and called us back and told us the one VIN sticker was missing and that there was NO frame damage. We confirmed that there was NO frame damage, and he said there was NO frame damage. We said we don't want it if there is frame damage. Again, he reassured us it has no frame damge. We bought the truck and brought it to Florida. It has Frame damage!! We called David and he referred us to Jerry Hughs the GM. We left several messages for Jerry and email him. He ignored us. He told us through the receptionist that we need to speak with David on 11/20. David is not in today the 20th and so we asked to speak to Jerry again. He told the receptionist that their dealership will no longer be accepting calls from us, and hung up.

Provided by YP.comWouldn't recomend buying a pickup here. Payed WAY too much for it. Had some problems with also with getting ours licenced and ran on expired intrasits for months!
HOWEVER......if you ever have a question about a vehicle, how it's running, what might be wrong, or even if you had it services somewhere else have questions about what they did......these are the people to call! Very friendly service people that are very helpful!

Provided by YP.comI will never buy another car from Woodhouse. I bought the car over a month ago and still do not have the Title. The finance person was awful and now the paper work is all messed up. Having to drive on expired intransits because they cant get the Title to me.
