We purchased our home through American Showcase Modulars. Our home is a Chanpion Home. Overall we love our home but have had an overall negative experience with American Showcase. Our contractor was not onsite as they advertise. The contractor was not even onsite the day our home was set. American Showcase does have some people that are great to work with and some others are not. We had many issues along the way and some issues are expected however a majority of the issues could have been easily resolved by a contractor actually managing the job. There were times that they were great and responded quickly, however in the end once we closed and they were paid things changed. Certain staff were very unprofessional. I would not give my recommendation to use American Showcase to anyone. We are very disappointed that something as special as building your first home be such a negative experience. We went modular due to trying to save on "build" time. If we had it to do all over we would make the time and stick build.
