Last two times I used Pack & Ship , the contents had minor damage. They were NOT packed correctly ! Just a week ago I shipped a time sensitive package and it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days ! Here it is a week later , and it still has not been delivered and when I track it , it says it is on Vacation hold. The recipient has been asking me where it is This time it cost me Over $ 62.00 for a 12 pound package. I cannot recommend using this business to anyone !
