Dr Greenbaum gave my husband excellent care but his staff lied to us about what they were doing to get his shoes! When I spoke to the office manager, Katie, she did not want to listen to me and was extremely rude! She did not want to hear the truth to help her improve the Practice and to make patients happy! It’s a shame such a good doctor had this staff working for him! Be warned!

my visit was terrible they chared me all kinds of money and didn't tuch my foot not one time gave me a air boot and said stay off of it I had to ask for pain medication and they barely gave me any I called them a couple day later told them my foot still hurt and they said they couldn't do anything about it I suggest nobody ever go to this doctor

This is the first doctor that said because you have diabetes let us cut your toe nails n it's covered by your insurance.

The whole office staff is friendly n makes you feel comfortable at the office. The doctor is jolly all the time.
