My daughter lives in Pittsburgh, five hours from our home. I frequently make the drive alone and acknowledge my greatest fear has always been a breakdown while on the trip--away from home, and alone! My fear turned to reality on a recent return trip on rte. 22 East an hour out of Pittsburgh. My dashboard lights came on to service engine, I lost a/c, then power steering. Frantically, I looked around for a place to pull over where someone could help! I was fortunate to have landed in the Quick Lane tire and auto shop where Bill couldn't have been more kind. His staff diagnosed an alternator failure, which his shop were unable to locate a replacement part for a 2006 Saturn Vue, after multiple phone calls and much effort. Bill then made several calls to the dealership less than a mile up the road Watson Chevrolet, where Heather assured me she would help me. Thanks to the dealership, I was home the next night. That day my greatest fear became my greatest blessing! Thank you!!
