I ordered some ceramics through this company, but had a question on the shipping address - wanted to simply make sure that they had the correct one on the order. So, I sent an email to their customer service link. I did not hear back for 3 or 4 days, so I sent another one. Still didn't hear back, so I sent yet another email as well as leaving a message on their phone. After 6 emails and 4 voicemails, I decided to file a claim through PayPal as I was convinced that I was being ripped off by them. They responded to PayPal claiming they only got the original email (which they still hadn't replied to two weeks after the order was placed) and gave me the refund I asked for. This is the worse example of customer service I had seen in a LONG time and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
