I agree with the other review that the "customer service reps stand behind the counters and act like you are begging them to service your car instead of treating every paying customer with respect and courtesy." We own 4 Nissans and received a coupon for a free oil change for the 2015 Nissan we purchased. The coupon clearly stated to go to a "local neighborhood Nissan." Our 2015 was not bought there, but we inquired. At first we were told they would gladly accept the coupon by the Spanish gentleman that works there. When we brought the car a couple of hours later, the taller man would not honor it-and was rude and arrogant, not only to us, but was a bully to the Spanish gentleman who would no longer honor his word-probably because of fear from his co-worker. He acted like the cost of oil change would come out of his own personal money. So I guess Nissan has no loyalty is you own 4 Nissan cars. I would never buy a car from Rockland Nissan or suggest any one else does.

My father called and spoke to the sales man at 1030 yesterday morning about a van for sale there. The sales man told him to call when he was on his way, so my father did. We drove from the Jersey shore a hour and half there in rain and snow. We arrive at dealership and ask for the salesman, another salesman comes over and takes us to see the vehicle. My dad says great we'll take it. The salemans told us to wait by his desk. Another salesman sitting at his desk asked if we need help and my father explained to him what we we're hear to look at and the salesman told my father, we just sold that. Becarful eccspealily if your coming from a long distance, appointments don't mean anything.
