Our party of 7 waited for 45 minutes to be seated when we were told it would be 10 minutes. We waited patiently as we saw parties of 5 or 6 be seated before us even though they arrived after us. We finally spoke up to the hostess after the manager sat a party of 13 that arrived after us! Once the manager was finally seating us a family member in our party asked what was the delay? The manager began raising his voice stating we will not be dining here and repeatedly prompted us to leave! This unprofessional behavior was witnessed by other customers waiting as well as our two small children. I have never had such a horrible, humiliating experience in my life. We were visiting family from out of state for the holidays.

Racists management. Refused to seat my party because we are Black. Waited 45 mins to be seated after being skipped several times. When we asked management why was there a such a long delay to be seated he kicked us out the restaurant. He was rude. He is a disgusting human being. He refused to give us his name. When we tried to call the restaurant no one answered the phone!!

This Ohio sucks it just won't catch on I live close to it but I pass and go to one farther. Big mistake ihop!!
