Well I'm still waiting on my husbands shirt to be ready, I droped it off on friday 8/12/16, i went Saturday and picked up 7 shirts but this one had a stain on it that wasn't there when I dropped it off, they keep saying the owner will call me back, Its still there, the worst thing is the shirt was the one my husband wore when we got married. Im pretty upset.

The staff are always professional and courteous and I never have to wait long. The price is right and they do a nice job.

The Dry Clean Depot in Bloomfield Hills is absolutely the worst. The pressing is always sloppy. They don't seem to notice obvious stains. There were literally no service. They are cheap, but at a huge hidden cost if one of your garments was destroyed. Awful! I wish more competition in that price range with decent customer service. Bad, bad, bad

Looking at some of these reviews I'm feeling pretty glad I didn't actually give them my shirts and slacks. I went to this place because of its convenient location near my office. When I went in I was told I had to pay in advance for my cleaning, which I found odd - I was told flatly that I couldn't just pay when I came to get my stuff. I was short of cash and was told they would not accept a debit card but that they did have an ATM with a $2 service fee. What's up with the pay up front policy? Do they think I'm going to prank them by soaking them for $7 worth of cleaning then stick them with some shirts and pants they will then have to store? I didn't like them trying to rope me into paying their ATM service fee so I just demanded my clothes back. That left a real bad taste in my mouth and I've told anyone I know not to deal with this place. Now YP.com won't let me proceed without clicking on at least one star. But that's the only reason it's even getting that.

Once they sent home someone else's article of clothing with us. We were honest enough to return it. Now they have lost an article of mine. I spoke with the manager with regards to my lost article, and he had no concern whatsoever. I am now "Once bitten, twice shy". I can't even give it a star!

This cleaners is above all. It offers great service and quality with a unbeatable price... $1.99 for everything. Everything means everything. There is also no catch. Most cleaners you have to bring in bulk to get a discount price. Not at Dryclean Depot!

Former loyal customer just got shafted by Bloomfiled Dry clean Depot. They put a hole in the sleeve of my polo shirt and did not take responsiblity for it. The shirt was only 2 months old. I know for a fact that when I brought it to them it was in great condition and only needed to be dry cleaned. The OWNER argued that his equipment and employees COULD NOT have put the hole in the shirt. If they did then hundreds of customers would be complaining. This place is horrible...they won't refund when they destroy your clothes. Avoid this place at all cost.
