Even though due to COVID19 my case was handled remotely, i received excellent service and a very good outcome. Mr. Sterling's overall experience with labor law and taxes were essential in our outcome. He was also very professional and explained the laws and my options very understandably, he was also quick to respond to my inquiries. Basically everything you would hope for and expect from a legal situation where you both inexperienced, and needed someone you could trust. Ray represented me and my business partner as we separated from a large health system to do a startup. He quickly turned a very adversarial situation into a smoothly orchestrated negotiation that ended in our getting everything we wanted and more. In short, Ray packed what we feared would be a year and a half of onerous bargaining into a week and a half of intense but completely calm negotiations. I wish I could put a lower star rating. Raymond Sterling and his assistant lawyer, Jennifer Lord, have absolutely no consideration for clients coming to them. They played me for months, doing work to get my case started, acted as if I had a great case and then at the last minute stopped responding to my calls, emails, any communications. It wasn't until I started seeking out other council that I received a response of any kind. 2 weeks before my filing deadline I received a horribly nasty email from Ray Sterling and he refused to continue my case. No warning, no reason, nothing! He was just rude,cold and inconsiderate. It was like he had a tantrum that I looked for other council because he wasn't doing his job! He completely screwed up my case because no one else had time to file on my behalf. I would NOT recommend this lawyer to anyone!!
