- I have only been in business since 2010, but there are a few areas where I provide an excellent value. First, I'm a big strong guy. I try to make about $200 per day. You can get cheaper labor, but I'm honest, I speak English, I have insurance, I have a big pickup truck, I have ladders and power tools, and you don't have to pay me in cash. And I'm fun to have around. =) Second, I am eager to practice my carpentry and drywall skills. I might not cut that straight or sand that smooth, but in many applications that's acceptable. You could save hundreds of dollars. I'll give it my best shot and maybe you'll let me take some photos for my website. Finally, I am an extremely versatile problem solver. How many handymen out there could transfer your photos onto your new computer, solder that old metal lamp back together, install a satellite radio in your car, and teach your 10th grader how to plot a trigonometric function? I can!
