Tried to buy 50 roses for my mother's funeral they said NO only 25 tried to explain my situation they still said no my 10 yr old niece asked if she could buy 25 roses they told her no these people have no heart

Advertises $1.00 roses all the time 8 uear old son had his heart set on getting his mom a rose with his money website says open at 9 got there at 8:30 already open saw bucket of not so great roses asked about $1.00 roses they laughed and said not on valentines day or mothers day i said today is the thirteenth so its not either one and those are the $1.00 roses in the bucket no those are $5.00 i said where is this advertised or written that $1.00 ones arent available? Its not so i said oh classic bait and switch advertise deals all over store to get people in the store then change the rules with a laugh and a smile son was very upset and so was i extremely overrated and honestly gas station roses are in better shape anyway went to a real florist kicked in difference for my son and got an absolutely beautiful arrangement for a little more than half the price of Briannas positive reviews come from local people because there are no other florists in the general area we had to take a little ride but well worth it. Any florist can deliver anywhere nothing special about them other than greed

they always out do themselves. everytime mygirlfriend receives flowers from Brianna's all the women at her work get very jealous. I love their flowers and arrangements. Keep the amazing work!!! Thank you, Dr. Stavros

As the owner of Brianna's Flowers - and In response to the Citygirlinsuburbs review - we were sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience with Brianna's Flowers recently. We always try to make our customers 100% happy with our customer service and floral/plant purchases - and usually do. I did check on the delivery issue mentioned with our delivery manager & found out that the business address your floral arrangement was to be delivered to ALWAYS has issues with companies finding them. Apparently they are tucked behind a small mini-mall and are hard to find in general. We do still apologize for this causing a 1/2 day delay in the arrival of your arrangement. If any customer feels the product received was sub-par for ANY reason - we always replace the product for our client also. We wish you had let us know that you were unhappy with the 2nd delivery ordered from us so we could have replaced immediately. We receive fresh flower deliveries daily so again, this is a rare complaint with our floral shop. Our "Friday Dollar Rose Special" does not include any Baby's Breath or greens added to the bouquet unless paid for because the cost of these beautiful roses is generally $4.95/rose - so we hardly break even on the cost. We offer this as a "special" to help the community and surrounding areas provide loved ones with beautiful roses at a reasonable cost and to thank our customers for their business and referrals. Baby's Breath and greens are ALWAYS included in the cost quoted for bouquets and vased arrangements ordered in general. Most of clients are extremely pleased with our beautiful floral arrangements and friendly customer service at Brianna's Flowers!!

Brianna's is mediocre, at best. I really wanted it to be great and to write a glowing review for its mom and pop shop feel and $1 roses sale each Friday. But in my three times of doing business with them, I was left with a sour taste. The first time I ordered online to a business, which Brianna's insisted wasn't open when they tried and I was left with a day-late delivery and no apology or offer to give a reduce price. Secondly, I ordered online, but the flowers were sub-par, not fresh, and definitely lower quality than the picture. Thirdly, I went for the dollar roses and was charged $3 for baby's breath, which they didn't tell me until after they rang up the purchase. Who charges for baby's breath?!

I visited this little flower shop, Brianna's FLOWERS, IN Bloomingdale a week ago as i had always driven by and wondered how it looked inside. What a nice surprise! Neat, clean flower shop- the floral ladies were very nice and helpful with suggestions for a friends' flowers i decided to buy. The price was fair and the flowers were beautiful, fresh and lasted a LONG time according to my friend. I Will definitely will be going back there for all my flower needs- seem like good people to work with!

I stopped in at Brianna's Flowers recently to purchase a flower arrangement for a friend that needed cheering up. I loved this floral shop from the moment I walked into it. Staff is friendly and helpful - shop is neat & clean with a nice variety of vases & gifts - and best yet, the flower arrangement was beautiful, fresh and lasted a long time (per my friend). I do plan on going back to Brianna's Flowers for all my flower and plant needs in the future!!
