Agent did not furbish correct information upfront.

I ended up wasting $120 extra and booked an expensive flight because of agent's fault.

Instead of resolving, the agent argued that I was not clear in asking questions or giving information correctly.

Wrong return booking dates

Hi I am Sarath Yettapu and I was impressed with their service and quick response.

But the guys who is booking the ticket are not good and the dates were wrong in the return booking. I noticed and called them then they are blaming us "why didn't you check the itinarary" instead of trying to rectify the date even though I was ready for the penalities. I went to AIR INDIA office in person in chicago downtown and they also told it is a common mistake from discount travel. It costed me 190 dollars for the change.
