Hoop Mountain was started in Massachusetts in 1985. In 2001, Hoop Mountain Midwest was created. Since then we have been running basketball camps, tournaments, showcases, shootouts, and other events in Illinois for youth boys. Every summer we hold our popular camps at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL, highlighted by our positional camps. Our June Shoootut tournament has become one of the largest and most popular high school tournaments in the nation, drawing 78 teams this past summer from as far as Maryland. Our Spring and Fall Showcase are two of the more popular exposure events in the Midwest drawing players from around the country.
