I had dinner at Ristorante Amalfi last night and had the best mostocolli marinara I have ever had. It came with soup or salad and I chose the minestrone soup which was also very delicious. I would definitely return there for dinner as the prices were not bad.

Very disappointing. I was a guest for a party of 31 which they could not handle. Service was the worst by far. Took over 30 minutes to get something to drink and order. Then another hour to get the soup that came with the meal, and another hour and a half to get the entree. They took care of everyone else around our party. We saw numerous tables turned over 2-3 times. The food was horrible no one finshed and the chicken nuggets for the kids meal was freezer burned. I would never go there or reccomend this place for dinner let alone a party. They charged top price for poor tasting food. Do not waste your time or money.

at first almalfis seemed like a good family restaurant till i ate there a couple weeks ago. i had terrible service from waitress, who seemed upset to be serving us, because they were busy. is that the customers fault, NO. AND my family and I were appauled when we were dining that the owner was drunk as a skunk and could barely walk from one end of the room to the bathroom without bumping into everything in his path and almost took out hostess in the process!!! The owner should not be doing this at all!! then to top it off just wen we were getting ready to leave, i looked at the owner in disgust just in time to see him reach over the bar, grab a mini menu, i thought he was just looking at it, till i saw him raise it to his nose, then he blew his nose on the menu!!!! then put it bak on the bar! wat kind of family restaurant is this? i came to eat at this restaurant because people recommended it, but i would never!!!! the food isnt that great, its as good as Olive Garden but more pricey. The sauce is bland and has no real taste. The wine was great, but only because they didnt make it, they bought it. I REALLY SUGGEST NOBODY EAT THERE! ask urself WHAT r u really eating? if the owner can do things like that, imagine wat the cook staff does.

Amalfis has one of the Best Vodka sauces around. The Bartenders and wait staff are always friendly and the food is always good. I have never had a bad meal there and everyone I bring there wants to go back.

extremely pleasant atmosphere,incredablely well prepared food,they have the best calamari I have tasted anywhere in Chicagoland and the pasta dishes deserve a full thumbs up.(very rich,creamy alfredo sauce)---OMG--CAN'T HELP IT --got my taste buds in a frenzy --thats it the girlfriend,kids and I are going there this evening---yummmm!! Great prices ,tasty food,great atmosphere what more do ya need for dinner.Worth the trip. We have eaten there going on our 5th visit and no complaints so far,very satisfied.

The menu showcases authentically prepared dishes. Locals flock to Amalfi Ristorante Always a pleasure to dine here I recommend it.
