We had a great experience at the Sprint store. Steve McCarty helped us pick out the right phone for my wife. He transferred all the contents from the old phone and showed her how to use the new features. She was glad to have the personal attention that Steve showed her. He then found a better service plan which even with the new phone, saved us a lot of money. We left the store feeling very satisfied.
