Way too many problems. The elevators are always broken. If you have kids, or have trouble walking up flights of stairs, find somewhere else to live. The wash machines are broken, they arent picky about who moves in. the water heater goes out... cold showers in november? good times. you pay way too much to live in this place. it looks great when they show you the apartment, they are big, updated, nice.. but they dont update anything OUTSIDE of your apartment. They take your money and pocket it... do nothing to update the place.. they just keep rigging the elevators to work for a week or 2 at a time. you can find better. learn from my mistake.
