is wonderful , compassionate and sincere, I had taken my puppy to a different hospital and they x-rayed the dog and could not find what was wrong with the puppy. Dr Duprez Tracy L. DVM suggested doing a exploratory surgery and she found the problem, you would never believe a piece of dental floss could do so much damage to a puppy, puncturing the intestines and causing so much havoc to the poor little puppy, Dr Duprez and team were so good to my sick little maltese guy, and treated him so well. If it wasn't for Valley Animal Hospital, Dr Duprez and Staff, my puppy Elias wouldn't be here to day.
Recommend these people yes definitely without no hesitation. These people have heart. I have a lot of animals I breed Maltese and have to been to many vets through the years. These people are the best. I would stake my animals life on it and I did. Happy I have made the right choice. And continue to go there and now for all my pets needs.

Provided by YP.comI recently made a return visit to Valley Animal Hospital to have my cat Spayed. She had just had kittens and Dr Duprez was so professional and kind! She examined both mom and kittens to make sure they were all healthy and took great care when spaying my cat. Even though this was a routine surgery for her she treated us and our cat with the best care I have received by any Vet!

Provided by YP.comI have been to this hospital a few times recently and I will never go anywhere else. I have seen all 3 doctors there (all females) and they are all just wonderful. First time I went I had to put my dog of 14 years down. I was a wreck and so distraught I could hardly manage my emotions. The girls at the front desk were so kind and sympathetic. They asked me if I wanted to take care of everything first so as not to have to deal with anything after it was over. Then she put me right in a room and told me to take as long as I needed to. After a few minutes went by a doctor came in and explained the process to me very gently and her kindness was heartwarming. Explained to me that my sugar would feel no pain and she would just go to sleep. this was the first time I ever had to do this so I was very apprehensive about it. they gave her the first shot which was a sedative to make her relax. then a few minutes later came in to administer the final http://drug.it was very quick and I could see that she went very peaceful and with no pain. It was a very sad day for me but the kindness and care I received from the doctors and staff I will never forget....thank you all so much for caring like you do. Judy Thomas

Provided by YP.comI am SO ashamed that it has taken me this long to get around to writing a review for this truly amazing animal hospital. Especially when the resident vet (Dr. Duprez) is somehow capable of performing miracles!
My story begins a few days after having checked my kitty out of Center-Sinai Animal Hospital where I spent an arm and a leg to have a fibrosarcoma (a fast-growing malignant tumor) removed from her hip. The doctor there assured me that he had removed ALL of the tumor and that it would not regrow. Boy, was he wrong. Within a few weeks, the tumor was back and growing like a wildfire. I was now both broke and absolutely petrified.
Upon a friend's recommendation, I took my beloved fuzzy friend to Dr. Duprez. Dr. Duprez was incredibly nice but informed me that there was a very slim chance that she'd be able to remove all of the tumor. I begged her to try to the best of her ability, and she agreed that she would do so. After a surgery that lasted several hours, my cat emerged from the operating room half the size she was before she went in, but with all of her limbs intact and, best of all, with NO TRACE OF THE TUMOR!!
Just when I thought things couldn't get any better, the amount Valley Animal Hospital charged me to save my cat's life was only about A THIRD of what Center-Sinai Animal Hospital charged me to fail at the same endeavor!
Dr. Duprez is simply an angel. Even though I have recommended her in person countless times, it is the least I can do to recommend her to all of you YPers who value your pet's life as much as I do mine. My cat is happy, frisky, and 100% cancer-free to this day, three years later. Thank you, Dr. Duprez! You are an absolute lifesaver! :-)

Provided by YP.comDo not ever let your dog go to the groomer at this place!!!
I left detailed instruction as to how I wanted my dogs grooming to be done and specifically stated that I did not want my dog shaved. When I pick up my dog she had 1/8" of hair left. Kathy, the "groomer" does not listen to instruction and does what ever she wants. Her response to me was ... " Maybe you should just do it yourself if you do not like my work"

Provided by YP.comWell I can say from first hand experience that the doctors at this clinic are the best. They are compassionate and really care about our pets. They are definately not in it for the money which can be seen by the prices they charge. I work for Valley Animal Hospital but have also worked for the humane society and I can tell you the prices are very comparable. But there is no comparison to the quality of care. I see everyday the compassion and caring these doctors bring to the clinic and it makes me proud to be an employee there. It may not be the most gorgeous, high tech facility there is, but the love and caring they have for the people and their pets more than makes up for that.

Provided by YP.comHello there, I am trying to answer the last comment made regarding Dr. Cox, not to take your dogs there, blablabla.... well number one, Dr. Cox is not God, but he is also not the doctor there any more. Dr. Duprez and other vets are now the ones who are caring for our animals, therefore, please regard my comments about Dr. Duprez. I trust her 100%... she not only helps all the puppies I had, but now with my 4 dogs continues to do a great job, not to mention my sister's German Shepard...
she saved his life! I have never met a vet that is as compassionate as her. She treats our fellow pets as important creatures as they are. She is highly intelligent and capable and after her, I don't believe I'll ever find a vet as she. Thank you Dr. Dupres for moving to Bloomington!

Provided by YPmobileMy family has been bringing our pets here for years and they always take care of our furry babies just liks they were their own. Before we found this place, we tried other places closer to home in Rancho Cucamonga but the caring service and reasonable prices are well worth going out of the way.
It's always easy to get a real explanation of what's going on with our pets and they'll help you understand all of the treatment options without trying to rope you into the most expensive solution. I know that my pets will always receive the best care here.

Provided by YP.comWe have been taking our pets to Dr. Cox for a number of years. He is a compassionate straight shooter with regard your pet's health. He is very knowledgeable and saved our poodle Lucy from a lot of unnessesary procedures. We had taken her to a local vet (we live in Glendora, CA) and she was misdiagnosed with a bladder infection becaused had a bladder control problem...we took her to Dr. Cox, described her symtoms...Dr. Cox prescribed hormone therapy and she was all better. Dr. Cox has been a vet long enough that he has seen it all and knows how to deal with it. Kudos to Valley Animal Hospital and the staff...they have always been great about appointments and service.

Provided by YP.comDr Duprez is awesome! I had a bully that was losing hair like crazy. It got so bad I started referring to him as "The Incredible Hairless Wonder Dog".
I went through several vets including a very reputable local bulldog vet, but every vet I went to didn't even stop to listen to my description of his symptoms or the previous care/advice I had been given. In fact, most vets I saw didn't even really seem to like dogs. They were all quick to simply say "he's a bulldog, they are known for allergies" and then send me out the door several hundred dollars later with a bag of vitamins, ear washes, and antibiotics. All of this was just a temporary fix, they problem always came back as soon as he was off the meds.
Then a good friend referred Dr. Duprez. When we went to see her, she got down on the floor with my poor hairless dog, scratched his ears, and told him how beautiful he was. All while listening patiently to my long dramatic hairless saga. Then she worked with me and found the perfect combination of medication and care to manage the problem. And it didn't cost much money either. I finally had my snuggly, fluffy dog back!
Dr. Duprez is more than just an amazing vet. She is a true friend to animals.

Provided by YP.comDr. Duprez is a truly amazing vet! I first met her at the Glendora clinic that I had been going to for years. Within our first meeting, she diagnosed a thyroid condition in my lab, Xena, which had been missed by the other vets in the clinic for years. Later, when Xena suddenly started going blind at age six, she again correctly diagnosed the problem, gave me excellent referrals, and supported me as Xena transitioned to a sightless world.
Later, she saved my sanity, when my beloved chihuahua, Cricket, started having anxiety issues. I was seriously going to pull my hair out, but Dr. Duprez came up with multiple strategies and finally brought peace back to our house.
When Dr. Duprez moved to the Valley Animal Hospital in Bloomington, I chose to follow her, because she is that good. Now instead of driving 7 minutes to the Glendora clinic, I drive 40 minutes out to Bloomington and she is totally worth it.
Cricket ended up developing a bladder tumor and again Dr. Duprez researched her condition and gave us multiple strategies that included drugs and iv's. She bought us an extra year with our beloved Cricket.
We lost both Cricket and Xena earlier this year--within just a few months of each other. Dr. Duprez went above and beyond to support us, as we struggled with the hardest decisions that we've ever had to make. When the time came to let our girls go, she grieved with us. How can you not love a vet that loves your furry babies?
She continues to help our family--she just assisted us with the adoption of our first boy pup-Zeus. He really completes our family and we have Dr. Duprez to thank for that.
Dr. Duprez is an amazing vet-I just cannot rave about her enough! I completely recommend her for the care of your beloved furry family members.

Provided by YP.comMy animals have seen Dr. Duprez for at least 6 months. I have found her to be a excellent doctor and a compassionate person. She has treated my three dogs with extreme knowledge and excellent skills. My animals are very comfortable and feel safe with Dr. Duprez. I would refer anyone to see Dr. Duprez.

Provided by YP.comDr Duprez is a relatively young Dr who unfortunately bought a practice without the experience to back it up. I brought cat into the clinic with what turned out to be feline urinary syndrome, and he was misdiagnosed with an inoperable tumor. He was subsequently put to sleep. I for one would bring all my pets to any other animal hospital with a Veterinarian with more experience

Provided by YP.comThe service, ease in obtaining an appointment and quality of care was excellent. My dog tends to bite vets and Dr. DuPrez handled him with love and care. I will be bringing all of my animals here in the future.

Provided by YP.comDr. Tracy Du Prez is amazing. I have 6 dogs and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a loving, caring, professional and honest vet. She is is a skilled surgeon. I brought my precious to her when he was knocking on death's door and she amazed me with the level of detailed care she gave him. I was able to sleep at night knowing he was getting the best care available. I live in Glendora, where she practiced previously and believe me, she is well worth the drive. Her prices are fair and her care is incredible.

Provided by YP.comOMG!! Do not take your animal to this vet!!! (Dr.Cox) Our dogs broken leg was not set properly. And it cost us 2600.00 dollars to get it reoperated on, and fixed correctly at a different animal hospital. Go elsewhere!!!
