The only letter we got from Suzi Davis Travel was concerning seeing paradise birds and Adventure on the Island. The address they gave Global Allianz seemed to be listed as there's 2415 E Washington Bloomington,IL,not ours. Maybe that's why we never got a detailed policy, hard copy, only a website from this travel company. Lack of assisting the customer. Won't do business with then again and will not encourage others.

I booked a trip of ten with Suzi Davis travel and our experience has been HORRIBLE!!!! Rhonda Shannon was our travel agent, she confused people, gave bad information and wrong prices to people. To add insult to injury she told us the price of the rooms were based off of a Double Occupancy rate then crammed three and four people into a room with 2 twin beds!!! When I asked them to fix the problem they wanted more money.. I even talked to the co-owner, Tim Davis and the only solution was to pay more money!! I would never recommend people to Suzi Davis Travel to book their vacation, you're better off doing it yourself!!! Myself and a friend were in charge of this trip and I am totally embarrassed that I had anything to do with booking our travel.. We haven't went on the trip yet and If this trip is anything like the service we've gotten thus far we're in trouble!!!
