Had an option to use the points to redeem for a day. Had a double upgrade. Was easy to get in and out.

At BMI, I asked for a car that had Bluetooth, and was told that my car had it when I got my keys. I walked to my car started it up, and it did not have any Bluetooth functionality at all. I walked back in and asked for a different car, but was told sorry, you got the last car for the particular size.

Why couldn't they just give me a complimentary upgrade to a car that had Bluetooth? And what company buys cars in 2016 that are not Bluetooth-enabled?

Very satisfied with service and options. Will continue to rent from enterprise in the future. Easy return.

I travel a lot for work and our corporate account is with Enterprise , in my experience every other rental has been good, my last one at BMI I wasnt sure who was the customer, handed me the keys like he was doing me a favor and gave me a car that smelled like smoke. If I have my choice I will be using another provider
