The first visit was great, but I soon found out there seems to be a lot of money to be made in selling me every single Clarus product ever made. I have plantar fasciitis and I got fitted for custome insoles which have still not arrived. My out of pocket for all the "accessories" (brace, stretch bands, and Toler wheel exerciser) pushed on me cost me $245 and on the one week follow up another $130. I still have pain especially on first getting up. They want me to come back weekly but I can't afford it. I'm now being pushed for some laser treatment which will most likely require many appts for me and dollars for them. The front office also seems to think they know how much $$ I have left on my PPO and how much $$ I have left in my flex spending acct. Creepy. I have the rest of my family on my plan so it's not just my med treatments that are taken out of my plan. Brace your wallet.

This place is expensive! The lady at the front desk is downright rude. I had to pay $75 to basically shack someones hand and have them tell me to come back in two weeks. I got absolutely no relief for the pain in my feet and ankles. Just got roped into buying expensive braces and insoles. Once I stopped wearing them the pain went away. Glad I never went back and found a Dr that actually helps. Stay far, far, away.

Dr. Lockwood and the team at Heartland Foot and Ankle are amazing! After an injury over Thanksgiving weekend a few years ago, I was in major pain and scared for what could be the culprit. Dr. Lockwood and her staff welcomed me with warm smiles and helped educate me on what the cause of the pain was and how to fix it. Not only did they help relieve the pain, but they went the extra step to tape my foot several times a week since that was the only way I could find relief. I highly recommend Heartland Foot and Ankle Associates for all of your foot care needs!
