Only one or two stylists there are actually good at what they do, and one of them is leaving. They constantly push back, cancel, and try and reschedule appointments. They usually don't have enough people there and you have to make your appointment months in advance, which they end up cancelling. I've been going here for years and up until the last year it was tolerable, but they're losing good staff left and right. The few people who actually know what they're doing are really good, if you can ever get in to actually have your appointment. Honestly, I would go somewhere else.
