I have been to Paul's at least twice, one was a major repair (vehicle was just short of totaled), and the other was a minor dent in the bed where I was hit. Both times the crew there exceeded my wildest dreams as far as efficiency, cleanliness, thoroughness, and craftsmanship. I can not stress how well they did each time. The most recent time when they rolled my truck out my jaw dropped...it was cleaned from top to bottom and inside and out, not to mention how great the repair looked. They finished it a day ahead of schedule and even called to let me know so I could get rid of my god awful rental vehicle. To top it off they do two things to go above and beyond that always make me smile, for one they fill your cup holders with candy, and two about a week or so after the repair you receive a letter of appreciation and 4 lottery scratch off's. Can't get any better.
