It seemed ok at first, aside from the high price tag, and the staff seemed really friendly... that is until i forgot my goggles. I live a bit of a distance from this place and driving home to get mine was not an option. I was informed (rather rudely) that this is policy and there are no loaner goggles, they must be purchased. Really?! After paying SO much money to tan here I would think that they could solve this problem. I even asked if I could buy a pair and then return them if they were still in the package (because I don't wear them anyway) and was told that "no, there are no returns" (insert snotty tone). So I had to buy a useless pair of goggles, again, in order to use my uber expensive tan package... Thanks but no thanks. I will be going somewhere else when my package expires on the first, somewhere with helpful staff.
