Came in for testing for a work wellness exam. Was told it would take 3-5 business days for results (as stated on their website) My husband got his the next business day. Today is business day 11 and I have yet to receive my results. Whenever I call I get a run around from the phone staff, was first told on the 5th business day my results were being finalized, was told on the 7 business day that my tests had not been completed and she would put in a ticket. When they called back regarding this ticket we were told my results were being finalized and I should have them the following day. The following day I was told it would take 5 business days and that my results were under "review" It has been 6 more business days and my results are still "under review" I was told to call back in two more business days. 3-5 turns into 7-10 and then into 13business days. It's obvious they need to review my simple blood results (cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose) because they're clearly not good with numbers. No one can seem to tell me what is needed to review.. you take blood.. read the numbers. It's a simple high/low result.. theres no guess work involved!!! These results were supposed to be post marked to my husbands employer for a premium discount by the 23rd. Today is definitely the 30th.
