There today for a 7 yr old's birthday party. Pete, who said he runs the place, yelled at the kids for being noisy, which was fine, but then he singled out one little boy, made him cry and tried to make him come behind the counter and sit ... until another mom intervened. Then, before the kids got started, a different little boy was crying because he was afraid and worried that the laser gun would hurt him. Pete pointed the gun at the little boy's chest, less than 2 feet away and fired it 3 times. The owner listened to our complaints and apologized, and Pete tried to apologize to the kids (which I wish he hadn't, because he scared them again by calling their names & telling them to come to him ... he just does not know how to talk to kids). The kids all ended up having a great time, but I'm only giving 1 star because the experience with Pete was just THAT bad. I'm sure he is fine with the older kids and adults, but they need to make sure he isn't the one who deals with the little kids.
