Cascades Inn is a family-friendly retro motel in a nice quiet location within walking distance to Big 10 Indiana University Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall, and only 1.5 miles from historic downtown Bloomington Indiana. We pride ourselves on super-clean rooms. As of September 2016 we have 32" Flat Screen LG TVs and free high speed Wi-Fi in every room. Please feel free to call us with any questions. We are in the process of renovating the Cascades Inn, courtyard, and exterior. Every room available for reservation has been newly renovated with new carpet, paint, linens and towels. The reception and breakfast areas (lobby, dining room, and bar) are closed, except for event bookings for up to 80 people. Please call about special group rates and event opportunities. Cascades Inn is located on the near north side of Bloomington. We back on to Cascades Park (Bloomington's first city park). Across the street is a network of quiet neighborhoods (if you follow Fritz Drive-across from our entrance-a nice 10 to 15 minute walk through the peaceful family neighborhood will take you to Indiana University's Memorial Stadium and Assembly Hall). 1/4 mile south along Walnut Street is a major intersection with restaurants, gas stations and the easiest way to get to all points east, west, or south around Bloomington and beyond.
