The bad review must of been a wrong number or a misinformed employee (OR WHEN IT WAS INSIGHT). I had called the number and was able to get the help line. There is another line which is like an 1-888-comcast OR 1-800-COMCAST which is where I think you end up getting transferred anyway by calling this number. This was the number that I found by searching the internet. Hope this helps.

This is the wrong telephone number for comcast. Do not call the main line -- they cannot help people in Bloomington.
