I brought in a small silk carpet covered with cat hair and asked how much. Chinaman said: "you tell me!" I said "$10.00," to which he said "no, no, $20.00. I said "no thanks, and as I was walking away he said "okay, $15.00!" When the carpet was ready he called me and asked when I would pick it up, to which I told him that I was not sure. Two days later, he called again with a pressured voice and asked me when I was going to pick up the carpet! I said "I don't know" four times before he was done with his call. Just picked up the carpet and handed him a $20. He smiled and said "Thank you." I said "No, no, we agreed on $15.00." and he then begrudgingly gave me the $5. I get home & discovered the top of the carpet was clean, but the bottom of the carpet had cleaning powder spots and was matted with cat hair! Stay clear of this place so that you don't get taken to the cleaners!

Just went there to wash my comforter. Great, friendly service, when i came back to get my comforter, he was bringing it to my car! I would recommend and I will be back!!
