People working in the Monroe County justice system greatly fear accepted gang members living in Monroe County, which allows such corruption to flourish. Mike Flynn once threatened to murder me if ever said anything in regard to this matter. Monroe County gang members commonly carry out a threat, even if many years have passed since making a threat.
