I would give Jerry's ZERO STARS if I could. I purchased an extended warranty for a refrigerator purchased from LOWE's. Less than 1.5 years after I made the purchased we had our first problem. After a couple of weeks, Jerry's made a fix that helped the fridge limp along for another few months. June 1, we had the same problem again. Lowes made the appointment with Jerry's, I took off work and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP-no phone call, no email-just didn't;t show up.

We called Jerry's and they said they never got the notice. Went through this charade again and Lowe's set up an appointment, Jerry's called and said I needed to be there all day and guess what-THEY DIDN:T SHOW UP AGIN. So, that's 2 days I had to take off.

So, we called Lowes again. I got a confirmation at 4:47 on Friday 7/17 and we had to be there between 8-5 on Monday 7/20. Well, guess what-Jerry's didn't bother showing up again with no phone call, apology or anything. They said the notice was sent too late on Friday for them to work it into their schedule. Yet, they didn't;t call Lowe's or the customer to cancel.

Jerry's doesn't know what they are doing and they have absolutely ZERO PROFESSIONALISM.

I was forced to use this company due to the warranty program on my washing machine. They started off by rescheduling the appointment that the warranty company made. The technician seemed fairly knowledgeable and was pretty professional. That is where the good ends. They had to order parts for the machine. The date they said the parts would arrive came and passed without a phone call or any communication. So, I called them and they gave me a new date that was a week later. The new date came and passed without a word from Jerry's. So, I called again. This time they could not give me a firm date, but said they would follow-up and call me back. Two days later they had not called me back, so I called again. This time they thought the part would arrive in a week, but could not say for sure. At this point it had been a month since their first visit and I received a called from the warranty company asking if they could close out the ticket. When I told the warranty company my machine still was not fixed she said she would call them. Magically, a couple hours later I received a call from Jerry's to schedule an appointment because the parts had come in. So, the technician arrived for the second time and attempted to repair the machine, but he did not have all the parts he needed and ended up frying the parts they had just ordered. They had to order all new parts. I had to call them again to find out when the parts would arrive because follow-up communication clearly is not their strong point. This time the part arrived when they said they would but when I called they would not schedule an appointment because they need to "check" the parts. It has been about a month and a half and the machine still does not work. This company is not in a rush to fix anything and is horrible at communication. I would never use them if I had a choice.
