Great customer service!! Boats are new, clean and prices are very reasonable. Don't know where HoosierMama17 rented from, but they were very nice and accommodating to us. Maybe she should familiarize herself on cancellation/ weather policies before booking. We had to reschedule once, but we followed the rules and everything was fine. Getting ready to make reservations for this summer!!

The boats are old and rusted and falling apart. The prices are way to high for the quality of the fleet and the customer service provided.



I rented a double decker pontoon boat for the 4th of July (2011), so that my family and my friend's families could all take our kids on the lake for the day. We paid for a 24 hour rental, picking it up the 3rd in the evening and returning it the 4th in the evening. It poured down rain and thunderstormed the night of the 3rd and most of the day on the 4th. However, we were never refunded for the time that we didn't use the boat and the customer service rep in the Lake Monroe Boat Rental house told us that it was nice enough to take the boat out even though it was raining all day.



I have rented from Fourwinds Resort & Marina before and their boats are all brand new and the rentals are cheaper than Paynetown. Obvious choice, but the only reason we rented from Paynetown was because we were camping on that side of the lake.



Overall poor customers service and poor fleet.
