Sat in the drive thru 35 minutes waiting on my food. Made me late for work. It's ridiculous to make someone late for work when the drive thru is supposed to fast. The girl kept asking if I could be helped when no cars have moved. If no one has left don't ask if you can help someone. I could have gone to sit down resteraunt and had better food with the time I waited in the drive thru. Finally get to the pay window and she asks me 5 different things before she gets to my order. There has to be a better way of running a drive thru.

I do not understand why the Lobby and drive thru was closed on a saturday NIGHT, at 9:30 pm. ?? the service there is horrible, the lines at the drive are so slow. waited for 30 minutes!!!! THIS is ridiculous, the employees are rude, and slow. This isnt the first time either, it is constant! I dont know if there are not enough employees but I suggest you do something about this!!! i am calling corporate! had to go to other one on west side, and they got the order WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!
